My gained experience and skills enhances my ability to interact on many levels of diversified cultures and personalities locally. I naturally exercise patience, while having a passion for being of assistance to all. I am organized and administratively meticulous; therefore, multi-tasking whilst being a team worker and an independent performer. I can achieve goals and complete deadlines/targets in any workplace. I am a very friendly, humble, yet confident young lady. I have experience in Wellness and Heatlh, Reiki, Physiotherapy, First Aid and Massage therapy. I have excellent communication skills and thrive under pressure. I have a good knowledge of Planning and Information Management.

I base my classes on emotional and physical wellness. My practice will help you connect with your unique inner spiritual resources so you can live with steadiness and joy even in tough times. People need that now more than ever. On to the physical being, I focus on coaching about clean diets, cardio exercises and weight training. The mind and the body are one and need to work together in order to obtain optimal results, therefore I focus on the outer and the inner layer of the body.
