I am a personal trainer at home. Have 2 years of diet and exercise experience at home or gym. I have knowledge on the physiology and anatomy of the body and how the body works. I can give advice on what to eat and diet but NOT a professional nutritionist.

My teaching method is very basic where anyone can understand simply amd quickly. I like to get straight to the point and no messing around. I provide the amount of sets and reps you need for each excersie and how long it takes and how many you need to do to reach your goal. Lastly o provide knowledhe on the area you are working and where you should be feeling it with the correct posture.
