About Valentino
My experience comes from over 12 years leading Design teams and designing digital products for the most different industries.
I move effortlessly between UX Research, UX Design, UI Design, and HTM & CSS.
My focus is 100% on results. My work process is flexible and fresh and I have no one-fits-all approach. Instead, I master a variety of tools, routines, principles, methods, and philosophies that I request whenever justified.
When I started my career there was no youtube and the training offer was practically non-existent. I wasted a lot of time on useless information (which, even if it doesn't take place, steals time from important things).
In the last 12 months, I've gathered and organized all the pieces that I consider fundamental for the correct understanding of Digital Product Design.
This is a training focused on understanding/understanding instead of memorization. We will not talk about how to write HTML or CSS but how these two participate in web development.

I'm an active professional, leading a team of Web Designers, passionate about best practices, methods, and processes of Web Design.
In a healthy mix of theory, practice and lots of discussions, we will follow one of three paths:
1. The student knows what he needs to know and wants to get specific knowledge.
2. The student knows what he wants to BE but does not know what he needs to know (Ex: UX Designer).
3. The student wants to obtain a global training, which allows him to understand globally the world of web design (eg: Marketeer or entrepreneur).
A solid base is indispensable, both for the understanding of the parts and for the understanding of the whole. It is fundamental to outline a consistent learning path instead of jumping from one HTML course to another Sketch.
Teaching arises by vocation and willingness to share knowledge, to inspire.
