I'm Bime. I have +20 years of experience in IT. I started out as a software developer and moved into more business facing and leadership roles. I have led teams and ran small startups. I run a training academy and look to help where possible.

My style is personal, tailored to where you're at and my coaching will give you a wide view of your work, distill anxiety, imposter syndrome and help you navigate your corporate workspace equipped with an understanding that breeds confidence, personal direction.

4 - Self management: tools and approaches for organising your desk for productivity and for staying on the ball
5 - Personal direction: a SWOT analysis that concludes on where you are vs where you want to be in your career and how to get there
I offer packaged courses. Recently, the START right course has gathered great reviews on Google - (concealed information) It is tailored to people new to corporate life, starting out within the IT corporate world. It covers the wider organisation, explains concepts about corporate life and provides a generic toolkit on how to process what is going on around your workplace and engage with projects. It is perfect for Business Analysts, but other technical IT professionals have benefited as well. The course is molded from many one-to-one consultations with experienced and beginner BAs. My students go on to deliver confidently, delivering countless projects for their employers with quality.
