About Katharina
I have a great passion for education and I had years of experience as a tutor. Throughout the years I found my self liking my role as a tutor more as I could help the student's growth more actively.
I love working in the type of role where I can make a positive difference to people's daily lives.
In the education field, I personally think that the biggest motivation is the students, seeing my students accomplish even the smallest task is a huge success for me as a teacher.

With a degree in management from The University of Tarumanegara in Indonesia, two years of experience as a lecturer assistant in accounting for management students and three years of experience as a tutor for year 1 - 3 international students (including those with special needs such as autism, ADHD) in Indonesia.
I have completed Certificate 3 and 4 in School Based Education Support (teacher assistant) and Cert 4 in EAL (English)which have provided me with extensive communication skills.
I have also volunteered to do work experience in a primary school which has helped me continue to grow to be the excellent teacher assistant that I strive to be.
My work experience includes volunteering as a teacher assistant at a primary school, where I developed skills essential to being an effective educator.
I currently work as teacher assistant for mainstream and special needs (kindergarten- year 6).
I am a patient person, I am a dedicated worker and would always put the education of the students at the heart of everything I do. I know how to make teaching materials relevant to students.
