About Rumena

I am workaholic and very sincere by nature—------ was told by my MOM but I want to be more.Besides B.Ed(Bachelor of Education), M.Sc, M.Phil(Master of Philosophy), I have also 15 years of class-room teaching experiences, where I was one of the most famous lecturer of 89 teachers and handled 38,000 students as my country is densely populated. There I handled the students of grade XI, XII, B.Sc(1st, 2nd, 3rd), non-major(1st, 2nd), B.Sc(Honors)(1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th), M.S(1st, 2nd).Besides these now my DAUGHTER is studying in University of Lethbridge of Canada in Math. I was her1st teacher and still is guiding her studies. I always treat my students like my kids and they ask for advice/help not only for studies but also for personal issues.

As teaching is a noble profession so as a teacher I create

a motivational platform for the students to quench the thirst of knowledge.

If they get me as their teacher they will start to enjoy a miracle touch of learning. Because they will follow me like the children of Hamilon being fascinated by my musical rhythm of knowledge simultaneously, they will want to drink the lessons to the lees(bottom deposits) like the butterfly who sip the honey and confirm the flow of life through pollination/sprouting/germination and keep the system rolling.

YOUR TEACHING METHODOLOGY AND TECHNIQUES

Teaching is a noble art where the teachers create a platform to motivate the students for the thrust of knowledge then automatically and blindly the students will follow me like the children of the pied piper of Hamilon.

Here the teaching platform is virtual rather than classroom and we are completely unfamiliar with each other which is completely different from class-room teaching. So my approach will be polite and my voice will be influential, soft, not like Serri-robert. For this reason firstly I have to hear the question so that I can understand his depth of knowledge as well as the attention of the student then I can understand which links are required to satisfy his thirst/question. Then I will take the authority of his attention to govern correctly towards the path of satisfaction his thirst/question. Then I will give him the right direction to solve the problem.

A TYPICAL LESSON PLAN
LESSON PLAN:- Study on Gold eye Fish (=Hiodon alosoides) for Grade XII
1 Period = 45 minutes
This Lesson Plan = 7 Periods

Objectives :- This lesson acquaints the students with scientific facts of Gold eye fish.

Information :- a) Gold eye Fish (= Hiodon alosoides) belongs to Order - Hiodontiformes.
b)Freshwater species of Canada and U.S.
c)Carnivorous.
d)Body is covered with cycloid scales.
e)Besides otolith, operculum, vertebrae, the complete annuli on the scale also
determine the age
f)The silvery scales enhance productivity through reflection of light.
g)Air bladder store O2, produce sound, maintain the buoyancy.
i)The lateral line is innervated by lateral line nerves and coordinates for
hydrodynamics, predation, orientation.

Materials:- a)Gold eye fish
b)Dissecting box
c)Computer
d)Towel
e)Water

Directions:- Take the fish in hand to feel the location of different body parts; i.e.; operculum, lateral line, fins, tail etc. with their respective functions.

Activities:- After understanding the morphology the fish will dissect for anatomy. Then the students are directed to understand the gills, heart, stomach, intestine, kidney, air bladder, with the functions. Then they will draw and level not only the fish but also the anatomy.

Here,
“Subject” is denoted as ”S” | “Learning Outcome” is denoted as “LO” | “Topic” is denoted as “T” |
“Achieved Performance of Students” is denoted as “APOS” | “Context” is denoted as “C”

1st Class
S→ External Morphology, LO →T→ They know the names and functions of different parts of body after studying they will draw and label the respective parts of the body , APOS →The students are capable of drawing and labeling the FISH with the functions of different body parts, C →’’External Morphology of the Gold eye fish”.

2nd Class
S →Gills and Heart, LO → T → Gills and Heart, APOS → The students are capable of drawing and labeling the” Gills and Heart'' with the functions. C →Gills and Heart.

3rd Class
S →Alimentary Canal, LO →T →Alimentary Canal, APOS →The students are capable of drawing and labeling the “ Alimentary Canal “with the functions. C →Alimentary Canal.

4th Class
S→ Pancreas, LO →T →Pancreas, APOS →The students are capable of drawing and labeling the “Pancreas” with its functions C → Pancreas.

5th Class
S→ Kidney, LO →T →Kidney,, APOS →The students are capable of drawing and labeling the, “Kidney” with its functions C → Kidney.

6th Class
S→ Air Bladder, LO →T →Air Bladder,, APOS →The students are capable of drawing and labeling the, “Air Bladder,” with its functions C → Air Bladder,

7th Class.
S→ Gallbladder, LO →T →Gallbladder,, APOS →The students are capable of drawing and labeling the, “Gallbladder,” with its functions C →Gallbladder.

WHAT SETS YOU APART AS A TUTOR
Butterflies use their proboscis to drink honey as a result pollinations take place which ultimately sprout the next generations. The beacon of my teaching, will turn the student’s heart into a crystal ball which will radiant their ways as well as their next generation.

WHO THE LESSONS ARE FOR

For the first time —---- Grade I to Grade XII
For the second time —---- Honors/B.Sc.
For the third time —---- Students of M.S
