About Stephanie

I love making music and I love helping others do the same! There is nothing like being able to hear a song you love and then recreate it yourself or even create a new one yourself. I love helping students get to that point! I've been involved in music for as long as I can remember and studied throughout college. I've given music lessons for the last couple of years and I love watching students get better and move on to start bands or join a marching band or even make their own music. I'm excited to share that exciting journey with more students!

About the lesson

I love helping students learn what they want to learn. When I went to music lessons growing up I always learned more about what my teacher liked teaching than what my interests were. Everyone goes into music lessons with a certain vision and I'd love to help make that vision come to life! A typical lesson plan would consist of warm-ups at the beginning, foundational learning, and then a time of learning songs of the student's choice. I teach mostly beginners and I teach all ages. I have only been giving virtual lessons because I think it makes it more accessible to all. Looking forward to making music together!
