About Francis
I started cooking from a young age, I had an opportunity to do my work experience in a 5 star hotel when I was still at school and loved it from there, the grand hotel in Birmingham UK, they offered me my first job as a trainee chef, 22 years later I’m still in a kitchen wanting to learn and grow. With all that I have experienced over the years, I’m at a stage where I would like to pass on some of my knowledge and skills to the next generation of chef’s and people interested in learning to cook
