About Prema
I have over 25 years of experience as a preschool educator, working closely with children aged 4 to 7. Throughout my career, I have helped many young learners build strong foundations in reading, writing, phonics, Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematics. I am patient, dedicated, and passionate about ensuring every child learns at their own pace and with confidence.
My teaching style focuses on simplicity, clarity, and step-by-step guidance. I use creative activities, fine-motor tasks, visual aids, and hands-on learning to make lessons enjoyable and effective. I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor my lessons according to their ability, behavior, and learning style.
Parents often appreciate my calm approach, clear communication, and the progress they see in their children within a short time. I strongly believe in building correct foundation first, because once a child understands the basics, everything else becomes easier.

I plan my lessons based on each child’s learning level and school requirements. Before starting, I observe the child’s strengths and areas that need support. Then I prepare a structured yet flexible learning plan that includes phonics, reading practice, writing improvement, BM/English language development, and basic Mathematics concepts.
My tutoring techniques include step-by-step explanation, guided practice, worksheets, storytelling, creative tasks, and hands-on activities to keep the child engaged. I specialize in helping children who need extra attention, slow learners, or those who lack confidence. My goal is not only to teach the subject, but to make the child love learning and feel successful.
