I have coached basketball in a school and for AAU competitive sports. From 5 years old to seniors in high school.

About Christina
I have coached high school varsity basketball...girls team at a charter school. I have also coached and mentored ages 5 to 18 years old for AAU competitive basketball which included coaching and teaching young players the rules, the game, and technique. I enjoy helping young players excel and learn to excel and get better as individuals on and off the court. Teaching them discipline, learning to work with others, and to learn self discipline and control with their actions on and off the court.

I base my teachings on my own experience as a former player and also what I have learned from other High school, AAU coaches, and college
coaches, as well as basketball trainers. I focus on basic basketball skills. The art and I.Q. of the game of basketball. Team work, and individual and team dynamics of the game.
