I teach contemporary, twerking, ballet, hip-hop, high heels dance. My class lasts an hour. 15 minutes of warm-up and then technique or improvisation. I use different teaching methods for different styles of dance. The training itself is aimed at developing musicality, technique, plasticity and awareness in movements
