Breathing Exercises:

Guided Visualization:
After we've established a calm breathing rhythm, I will guide you to a special, secret place in your mind—a place where you feel safe, relaxed, and at peace. This visualization will help you create a mental sanctuary that you can return to whenever you need a moment of calm.
Mindfulness Meditation:
Once you've settled into your secret place, we'll dive into mindfulness meditation. Here, you'll learn to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment, cultivating a state of awareness and acceptance. This practice will help you develop the skill of mindfulness, which can be applied to all aspects of your life.
