I am a veteran of the U.S. army and not only have personal experience with health and nutrition but Ive given much advice and assisted many people to bettering their lives and general health. It's always great to teach people how much a diet can affect our mental and physical health.

I am very suggestive and informing when it comes to teaching about nutrition. I've learned that its impossible to force anyone to just "STOP EATING FATS" however I've noticed a huge difference in results by simply educating my clients so that they are more aware of what is going into their bodies and how to burn calories most effectively.
