About Andiswa
I’m Buthiwe from Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. I always got As in isiZulu at school, and I love sharing the language and its culture. I’m also studying towards a BCom in Supply Chain Management, so I’m disciplined and well organised. My lessons are friendly, patient and practical, so learners feel comfortable speaking from day one.

In my lesson, I teach beginners basic isiZulu greetings and everyday phrases, like Sawubona, Unjani and Ngiyabonga. I start with pronunciation, then we practise short conversations together. I always got As in isiZulu, so I explain the grammar simply and patiently. By the end, learners can greet people and introduce themselves confidently.
