Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Jarcque but you can call me J. I’m Originally from Westminster, London, I was raised In New Zealand and Thailand and I now reside near the beach in Pattaya, Thailand.
In my free time I like to absorb information regarding personal training, health and well-being, sustainable living culture, and how to live a vibrant and stress free life.
I also enjoy riding my motorbike and exploring new locations, I love coffee and cafe culture, gardens, different cuisines (I'm crazy about Sushi!), researching ancient history, human anatomy and origins, consciousness & spirituality, philosophy, chemistry, world events, and other alternative and controversial topics.
