I used to be overweight and felt the judgment and the stares of the world. Then I made the decision to join the gym 4 years ago and even though I wasn't consistent, it changed my life for the better. Improved focus, confidence, and respect from the public. The gym doesn't only change your appearance and health, it improves your life.

If at a gym, the entrance fee will have to be covered. Travel costs will be at my expense, additionally, if a paid time is missed by the client. A makeup lesson will be available at a different rate.
