About Connor
I'm Connor Murchison, guitar teacher and CEO of Heavy Acoustics. I've been playing guitar for 15 years and teaching for 3, and I've studied with greats like John Petrucci and Mattias Eklundh. I've done work ranging from heavy metal recording to film soundtracks.

My teaching method and lesson plan are unique to each student, as everyone has different tastes and goals. I work with students, from beginner to advanced, to bring them to the next level and achieve what they're trying to do musically. I also offer lessons for concepts such as theory and recording/producing, as well as the basics of other instruments, in order to create well rounded musicians.
