I have been playing and performing both electric and acoustic guitar for 13 years. During that time, I've learned from extraordinary teachers, who inspired me to approach playing guitar in my own way, and I carry that inspiration with me.

Guitar players (no matter their level of experience) can benefit from learning their favorite songs, but it is very difficult to do this alone. You'll often find yourself frustrated by the difficulty of "hearing" all the little elements in a track that make it so good, or accurately reproducing a certain lick, or motivating yourself to practice; and at that point, you'll probably give up. My goal is to help you break down the barriers that keep you from learning the songs you want to play, as my teachers always helped me to do. Lessons are always focused on attaining that incredible moment where, after practicing and struggling and improving, you lose yourself in the music and find that you have gained a wealth of knowledge.
