About Rebecca
Hi, I'm Rebecca, an Environmental Sciences student in Norwich. I've also been performing, song writing and teaching for 7+ years, since the age of 15, beginning with friends and then building a clientele. Students have loved my lessons as they feel as though they have the freedom in the space to express their creativity. My lessons are for people who may not enjoy the more regimented style of classical lessons and who want to learn how to perform, write, sing and play, diversify their playing, as well as understanding basics of music theory such as reading music, harmonic structures, some scales, rhythm etc.

Singer-songwriter with 7 years experience gives guitar, music theory and song writing lessons at home. Many performances, realising an EP and several collaborative singles including one with the Ulster Orchestra. Have a classical background in flute, completing grade 8 and working towards teaching diploma, as well as grade 5 piano, so familiar with music theory. Taught by my father and due to this I have a more laxed approach to teaching than many classically taught players, allowing more room for creativity and expression of styles. Teaching style to suit needs of individual students. Perfect for beginners and beginner-intermediate, especially for teens and those looking to song write, sing while playing and learn a mix of genres. Lessons 30-45 mins.
