About Devine
I am a initially self taught guitarist gone pro over a 20 year period.
My playing spans across multiple genres like , Pop,House, Jazz, Afropop ,Gospel and Rock.
My resume includes working with artists like Micasa, Lira, Judith Sephuma, Zahara, AKA,Dr Tumi, Kenny Lattimore and others.
These include recording work.
Apart from being a recording session guitarist,i have also played in singing competitions like Idols SA, The Voice Nigeria, Coke Studio, The Voice Francophone and Clash of The Choirs.
I have a renewed passion for teaching music again to all ages ages.

I teach custom made lessons at the pace and in the style that resonates with the student.
I divide teaching levels into Beginner,Intermediate and Advanced levels. The choice between electric or acoustic guitar is up to the student. With the correct mindset and a commitment to practice time, you'l be playing full songs in less than a month.
I use commercial hits as case studies and provide backing tracks ,tabs and other resources for practice. There's an emphasis for practical over theory, though both are important.
English or Afrikaans students are most welcome!
