About Shelton
Completing a Master of Music in Guitar Performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire gave me a rigorous foundation. I have spent 13 years balancing technical precision with the genuine joy of music making. My approach centres on reading tabs, rhythm guitar, barre chords, reading sheet music, and scales and modes.
Students typically arrive as beginners and perform confidently within a single term. I transform basic curiosity into a structured path towards the stage.

Sometimes the hardest part of guitar is simply starting the practice session. You will engage in a clear practice module with every lesson to keep momentum high.
I draw on my conservatoire training to clarify complex fingerings and theory. We break down the fretboard into manageable sections. You gain clarity on rhythm and reading music through consistent, focused repetition.
I enjoy watching students transition from hesitant players to expressive performers. This journey is as rewarding for me as it is for you.
