About Julian
Sometimes I move too fast when I get excited about a new chord progression. We start by focusing on your strumming patterns and acoustic technique to build a solid foundation.
My teaching style emphasizes the groove above everything else. You will learn how to read tabs and sheet music while mastering power chords. Tuning and maintenance are also part of our routine to keep your guitar in top shape.
Songwriting and chord transitions follow once you are comfortable. It is all about the feel. We keep the momentum high until you find your own voice on the fretboard.

Picking up the guitar for the first time felt like finding a new language to speak in my youth. I have spent 13 years gigging throughout Australia and refining my craft as an Argentinian performer. My degree from AIM gave me the theory, but the streets gave me the rhythm.
I work with many teens and adults who want to understand the soul of music. I am just a guy with a guitar and a lot of stories. It is rewarding to guide intermediate players toward a deeper connection with their instrument.
I have taught countless students across my career. My goal is to keep the rhythm alive for the next generation. See you on the stage soon.
