About Wilburn
Beginners often feel the cold resistance of steel strings under their fingers. I guide students through ear training and electric technique to build familiarity with the instrument.
Having earned an Artist Diploma in Piano Performance, I apply a high level of analytical rigor to guitar concepts like barre chords and chord transitions. With 12 years of teaching experience, I’ve supported 69 students with rhythm guitar and music theory. We also cover tuning and maintenance to keep your gear in top shape. It is satisfying to watch a student finally master a difficult strumming pattern through grade exam prep work.
