With Master’s degrees in Music, I guide students in developing both technical skills and artistic expression. Lessons begin with fundamentals like posture, finger placement, chord transitions, strumming, rhythm, and tone, then progress to improvisation, phrasing, and composition. Music theory is integrated practically, helping students understand how it applies to real music. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s pace, goals, and style, creating an engaging and supportive environment.

I emphasise skill development alongside expressive playing, encouraging students to communicate emotion through music. Ear training, sight-reading, and performance exercises are included to foster well-rounded musicianship. Students explore genres such as classical, jazz, rock, blues, and pop to broaden their musical horizons. I provide structured practice routines, feedback, and guidance to overcome challenges while keeping lessons enjoyable. Milestones are celebrated to maintain motivation and confidence. I encourage improvisation, composition, and experimentation to help students develop their personal musical voice. Lessons balance discipline, technique, and creativity for effective learning. Over time, learners gain technical mastery, expressive artistry, and performance confidence. Teaching guitar is more than instruction—it is mentorship, inspiration, and artistic collaboration. Guitar has been my constant companion through every stage of my musical journey. With degrees in Music and 10 years of professional experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of both the technical and emotional sides of playing. My teaching style combines structure with creativity, ensuring students enjoy every moment of learning. I focus on developing solid fundamentals while nurturing artistic freedom. Each lesson is personalised, guiding students from basic chords to advanced improvisation. I include music theory in practical, song-based ways so you can see immediate connections.

I encourage exploration across genres, from acoustic folk to electric rock. My goal is to make learning approachable and fulfilling for all ages. I also share performance tips drawn from my own experience on stage. I believe in the power of positive reinforcement and steady, mindful progress.
