About Arwen

I earned a PhD in Music Performance and have 11 years of experience teaching guitar. My love for music started at an early age through performing, composing, and exploring different musical genres. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share that passion while helping students achieve their musical goals.

My approach combines technical instruction with encouragement and creativity. I adapt lessons to suit each student's learning style, interests, and objectives. Through structured exercises, practical demonstrations, and performance guidance, I help learners build strong skills and confidence. Supporting individual growth is an important part of my teaching philosophy.

Outside teaching, I enjoy performing, arranging music, and studying different guitar techniques. These experiences help me bring variety and inspiration into my lessons. Teaching guitar is rewarding because I get to watch students transform from beginners into confident musicians. Helping learners discover their musical potential continues to motivate me every day.

About the lesson

My guitar lessons focus on building strong technique while encouraging creativity and musical enjoyment. Students learn chords, rhythm patterns, strumming techniques, fingerstyle playing, improvisation, music theory, and performance skills through structured practice.
