About Vira
I have been teaching guitar for eight years, drawing on both professional performance experience and a lifelong love for the instrument. I began playing as a child and quickly discovered how powerful music could be as a form of expression. Sharing that with students has been my greatest reward. My teaching style combines patience, structure, and encouragement. I tailor lessons to each student’s goals and interests, from mastering a favorite song to exploring original composition. I enjoy fostering creativity while reinforcing technical accuracy, helping learners grow into confident, expressive guitarists. Outside of teaching, I perform in live shows, collaborate with other musicians, and compose original music. Watching students transform their playing and gain confidence continues to be the most fulfilling aspect of my career.

My guitar lessons are designed to develop both technical skill and expressive artistry. Each session balances structured exercises, technique-building, and creative exploration. Students learn chords, scales, rhythm, and improvisation while also discovering how to convey emotion and personality through their playing. I emphasize posture, hand coordination, and tone production to ensure a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
Beginners start with basic chords, strumming patterns, and simple melodies. Intermediate learners progress into bar chords, scales, fingerstyle techniques, and improvisation. Advanced students refine phrasing, stylistic interpretation, and performance skills, preparing for recitals, recording, or collaborative projects. Lessons also integrate music theory and ear training to enhance overall musicianship.
Beyond playing, I aim to help students connect deeply with music. Guitar becomes a medium for storytelling, emotional expression, and creative confidence. Students often report that their musical growth carries over into increased focus, discipline, and self-assurance in other areas of life.
