About Minerva
Sometimes I find that reading sheet music feels like learning a second language for many of my students. Working with 357 pupils has taught me how to break down complex concepts like scales and modes or ear training into manageable parts. My 13 years of playing and teaching mean I have seen every common hurdle regarding chord transitions or power chords. I currently help many students navigate the intricacies of improvisation and soloing while keeping the sessions grounded in practical application.

Because I hold an Artist Diploma, I bring a formal understanding of music theory to every guitar session. I provide a monthly recorded review of progress for my students so they can track their development over time.
