About Aria
"Your first session begins with a diagnostic vocal assessment to chart a path forward. I prioritise vocal health and care to ensure you maintain your stamina through 10 years of my teaching expertise. We examine the breath as the foundation for all belting technique and nuanced phrasing. You will find that sight singing improves when we break down the score using the same logical systems I apply to language study.
Intermediate learners frequently find that refining their diction solves many of their technical hurdles. I draw upon my conservatoire training to ensure your approach to every grade exam candidate requirement is grounded in safety. It is a pleasure to help you find more resonance and ease. I hope to help you sing with clarity and refined style."

"Music led me to this field through a desire to connect vocal technique with linguistic precision. You deserve a teacher who understands both the anatomy of the instrument and the beauty of the text.
My MMus Voice training allows me to address belting technique and breathing control with scientific rigour. I combine these conservatoire methods with my background in Modern Languages for students ranging from returning learners to advanced professionals. We work together to ensure your diction and articulation remain clear during demanding pieces.
Sight singing becomes much easier once you understand the underlying mechanics of your own voice. I am fully committed to your artistic development."
