I am a guest house Manager with 16 years experience in Guesthouse industry. I have successfully taught the management of Guesthouses to expand and manage their business towards maximum profitability. By utilizing available time and resources guesthouse owners were able to work "on" their business instead of "In" the business and had more time to make a life and not just a living.
