I have worked in the private sector for 10years. This past school year I worked with 2 children who was failing in their class. When this school year started both of the children was caught up with their grade.

My teaching approach is using visualization, encouraging parents to get involved. I had to implement behavior management to gain respect and in return respect was given. When In the classroom I used technology to help with my teaching children.
