About Lucas
I believe that knowledge is built from exchange and that the exercise of design is a gymnastics, it requires training and also, of course, accompaniment.
I have been teaching graphic design for many years. More specifically visual identity systems (brand development), graphic technology, screen printing and software in diverse contexts: working at the university (FADU UBA), in working training institutes (CIDAC, UBA), in prisons (CUD, UBA) and in schools (Glaux Institute).
I also work as a freelance designer. I am part of AME (Anti Marketing Estudio) and the group of designers PIEL (Image Project in a State of Fight), where we investigate issues related to the development of productive projects.

The aim is to learn by doing, enjoying the processes, train the gaze and give space to debate. It is not necessary to have previous knowledge in the area.
The classes delve into the participant's interests and what motivates them to develop visual communication. Once that engine is identified, we orientate into technical knowledge and creative strategies with the intention of generating a work process, meaning, our own method to create original graphics with rhetorical power.
We will have a wide range of digital resources (linkoteka, paid and free open source software, theoretical material and graphic references) as well as relevant information on how to bring the design prototype to its realization (making an original and artisanal and industrial reprographic processes).
