About Miriam
I am a contemporary dancer who has a B.A. in Dance- graduating very soon. Physical activity is embedded in my life. I believe food is your body's fuel and not just a tasty comfort to melt our sorrows away. I've done that, particularly during terrible bouts of my depression. I know it is unhealthy and hope to inspire that change within others so they can physically be at their personal best.

Every individual has different needs and goals, especially when one is looking at the topic of lifestyle and fitness. Consequently, I approach each person's classes slightly different. However, I use micro-accomplishments towards the larger goal as a means of encouraging the student/client in their greater goal.
