About THIAGO

I have offered essay reinforcements since the pre-university entrance exam, although informal, after joining the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, in the course of a Bachelor of Law, I also began to assist in propaedeutic matters. After semesters of courses and many other disciplines, I also began to assist with materials that make up the Material part of the Law. I also collect the title of researcher, the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development and the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul. Currently, I work as a trainee in a law office, corroborating the practical experience and mutability of the country's legislation. The proposal to offer aid in revisions and improvements in matters of law arose concomitantly with the desire to clarify nuances on the law of the country and to present the splendid, rigorous and singular normative production of the country; and also enable better training of fellow jurists, so that no vulnerable link in a given legal relationship will be harmed by the negligence of legal professionals. I get the contact on a personal level, when necessary and legally possible, in order to also pass on motivational help and exchange of experiences!

About the lesson

The methodology used will be applied regularly in all classes, without exception, being exempted periods longer than 2h00 (two hours), in order to provide better use of the focus. It will consist of lectures using pre-selected material! It has three means of learning, books (legal doctrines, among others), videos well-founded and consistent with the subject), reading of internal and external legislation (legislative production). Without prejudice to resumption of content and or review of learning. It will compose the learning tools, the analysis of news, the analysis of pre-selected news, with the objective of monitoring not only the formal changes in Brazilian Law, but also the factitious ones. At the end of each class, a quick reading will be proposed, which should be done before the next lesson, so that the setting with the assigned topic is more useful, and that the questions from the reading can be solved. Also, at the end of each class, 15 minutes of discussion will be proposed on a subject related to the subject or discussion about a specific case, concretizing and immersing the student / client in the subject and possibly encouraging self-improvement. EXTRA: Recommendation of alternative media, also for the purpose of immersion in the chosen content. Ex: Videos, podcasts, blogs, newspapers, magazines and lectures.
