About AMADOU
As a native French speaker and an educator, I am a highly skilled and motivated Foreign Language Teacher. I’m an Honors graduate with 15 years of teaching experience in the French language and have reached goals and exceeded expectations throughout my career. My university degree in Language Education Studies gave me excellent skills in teaching French. Hence I believe my knowledge of both subjects and students and passion for community engagement align well with the needs of my students and will be of value to their linguistic development.
I am adept in classroom instruction, lesson plan development, and teacher mentoring. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate interpersonal and organizational skills, I excel at:
Building cultural literacy by organizing lesson plans focused on French-speaking countries.
Increasing student engagement and maximizing student participation with diverse activities in the classroom.
Cultivating positive student and teacher relationships.
