About Joy

My name is Joy and I have over 20 years of experience in piano. I’ve done musicals, bands, jazz, and church music. I still actively perform around the Chicagoland area and enjoy the craft of music. I have taught for the archdiocese for 6 years and it was a wonderful time! Teaching is such a rewarding skill.

About the lesson

We break up lessons into 3 parts: theory, repertoire, and finally music YOU would like to play! I have a collection of games to play that will also help with practice and learning piano skills. Piano should be fun and interactive!
