About Deeksha
I am from India, and I began dancing at the age of six. At that time, I had no notion why I was dancing or what the advantages were; I was only practising and performing. As I grew older, I began to understand the advantages it tends to have for our lives, like discipline, an energy boost, focus, stability in our mental health, and many more.
Under the direction of my guru, I began teaching. It was a mix of conflicting emotions, including a sense of immense responsibility, which was first enjoyable, as well as terror. After further practise, it improved, and today I genuinely like teaching and learning from it. In York, UK, I ran a couple workshops.

The secret language of our soul is to dance. As dancing must emerge from the soul, I often blend pleasure and education in the dance form. Yoga is conducted accompanying the sessions, which benefits the dancers' flexibility.
Depending on your preference, the dance style can be Bharatanatyam or Kuchupudi.
