About Nynke
I am a student graduated in Security Studies at the University of Leiden. At the moment I am working on my international master Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies. For this I move every semester to a different country and a different university.
I have always enjoyed proofreading essays and theses and recently started to support people in this process.
In my spare time I like to play volleyball, travel and go scuba diving.

This lesson is very dependent on your thesis, but we discuss expectations in advance and then I help you work towards your deadline. This can be with the structure or language, but also by asking critical questions and making you think about it differently.
I myself study in English, so I have a lot of experience with English essays and theses. In addition to my own experiences, I also have experience with supporting a thesis.
My own field of study is within the social and political sciences, and within this area I can therefore also help more substantively.
My research is mainly qualitative, so I will be able to offer little substantive support for quantitative research.

Nynke heeft mij geholpen door feedback te geven op mijn bachelorthesis. Hoewel ze niet helemaal thuis was in mijn vakgebied, heeft ze me wel helpen realiseren dat mijn taalgebruik nog veel werk kon gebruiken, en het schrijven van een paper is natuurlijk veel meer dan alleen het op papier zetten van de resultaten. Mede dankzij Nynke heb ik inmiddels een 9 op mijn thesis op zak.
