About Adam
Quite simply to inspire and empower the next generation of nurses. Over the years I have witnessed some very good practices but also some very bad. It is profound how someone coming in to care is meant to want to work with people, to help people but yet there are still bad practices that exist. I want to go back to basics and create/encourage nurses of the future ensuring that they have the tools and dedication to succeed within their chosen specialities.
