I'm pleased to have the opportunity to write this letter of recommendation for Shinjini Adhikari whom I have known for two years in my capacity as a student at Jadavpur university . Based on her grades attendance and class participation , i would rate shinjini's academic performance in my class as superior , her command over the language and her immense interest and ability to execute tasks surpasses the common notion of 'mediocre student' .
She consistently gets excellent marks on her essay's assignments and tests , her knowledge of the Bengali language and literature convinced me to ask her to become a tutor for other students who were struggling with the language.

Shinjini's best asset is her ability to utilize appropriate language and positive discipline to manage effective interactions with her students. Shinjini is an awesome teacher she understands kids behaviour and teaches accordingly , she could take difficult concepts and make them very understandable for her students through a systematic and well organized interaction .

Through my regular interaction with her for two years, I have observed that more than just a regular student of Bengali language and literature she is an excellent writer and an avid reader , she has got the magical blend of thoughtless , intelligence , patience, empathy And care.
In conclusion, due to shinjini's knowledge , intellect and great communicative skills I would highly recommend her 'bangla' classes without any second thoughts .
