About Áine
I am a very passionate Irish and music teacher and I enjoy helping students find the best methods that suit them to study and prepare for exams. I am aware of how difficult Irish grammar can be; however, throughout the Leaving Cert and my time studying Irish at university, I have found the best and easiest ways to learn Irish grammar.

Lessons are aimed at primary school students , junior cert students and leaving cert students.

I am a fluent and native Irish speaker with a first class honours degree in Irish and Music.
I typically teach 45 minute weekly lessons focusing on grammar, exam style questions, the oral and listening exam.
My aim is to make Irish as easy as possible to learn and for students to understand the Irish they are learning in order to receive the best grade they can.

Perfect! Áine was a wonderful teacher, classes were a combination of in person and online. Áine really help increase my son’s comprehension skills, and listening ability. She spent time on how to approach the junior cycle Irish exam, giving great tips on how to answer questions. She installed confidence into him and he was pleased with how his exam went. Thanks Áine

My daughter had Irish Grinds with Áine and she found her to be a brilliant teacher. She was great for exam prep and study skills and had brilliant notes which my daughter found very helpful. I would highly recommend Áine .
Áine is a very driven person, she cares for her students and makes sure they are doing well by helping with upcoming tests or exams. Aine really helped me to achieve higher than what I thought I could and I have learnt so much by having her as my tutor.
