About Elena

I graduated in Classics from the University of Siena in September 2018, with a grade of 110/110 and LODE; the course, although centered on the classical curriculum, was part of the course of Literary and Philosophical Studies, and I therefore acquired a wide-ranging preparation on the humanities as a whole. With the master's degree in Philology, Literature and Classical Tradition at the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna, achieved in November 2020 with a grade of 110/110 and LODE, I deepened the study of Greek and Latin especially from a grammatical point of view , linguistic, metric, paleographic and philological; naturally, classical literature and the study of ancient history formed an integral part of this path. In 2020 I obtained the 24 credits required by the MIUR for teaching. Over the years I have gained good experience in the field of private tutoring, especially in Greek and Latin.

About the lesson

Lessons are tailored to the specific needs of each student. For high school students, therefore, more attention will be paid to the linguistic and grammatical aspect, or the rendering in translation, or the understanding of the text, or the literary study and historical contextualization. In the case of university students, it will be possible to focus on the more specific and technical aspects of the various subject courses, as well as on a more general study of the individual discipline.
