About Aura
As a dancer for many years, I understand that both starting with the technique and continuing the practice is complicated. During my career as a teacher I have managed to find different ways, less tense and more fun, to be able to continue analyzing and perfecting the technique.
Our body is a temple, but the way to learn to listen to it does not always have to be the mass.

The purpose of the classes is to learn the basics of dance, leading our body to have more mobility and a greater understanding of it with dynamic, entertaining exercises and without the need for extra materials.
For people who already have experience, it is a reinforcement of the technique from a dynamic and fun perspective, but improving and perfecting the bases.
