About Qingyue

I hold a bachelor's degree in Public Art and am currently studying Bio Design, with a strong interdisciplinary background. In my Chinese teaching, I focus on clarity, patience, and practical use. I help students build confidence by learning Chinese in real-life contexts, and I adapt my teaching to different goals and learning paces. Outside the classroom, I play the piano and practise traditional Chinese calligraphy, painting, and photography. These artistic practices deepen my understanding of the rhythm and aesthetics of the Chinese language and naturally enrich my teaching with cultural elements.

About the lesson

I adopt a student-centred communicative teaching approach, integrating real-life scenarios like daily conversations and shopping to boost practical Chinese use. Each lesson lasts 30–45 minutes—a duration that balances efficiency and engagement without causing fatigue. As a tutor with one year of hands-on teaching experience, I’m skilled at tailoring content to fit diverse learning paces and goals. My classes are designed for all age groups, ranging from absolute beginners to intermediate learners eager to sharpen their Chinese skills.
