About Bronwyn
After a back injury ended my competitive career as a national gymnast, I started to coach gymnastics and went on to study and graduate through ETA Cape Town as an exercise specialist. I specialize in Special Populations (Pre & post-natal exercise, older adults, and youths) I went further to study Pilates and sports conditioning.
I am passionate about Pilates and fitness and love working with special populations. I have been teaching for over 15 years and have gained a great deal of valuable experience over the years.
