A BFA Dance graduate from the University of Florida who has worked extensively with all dance forms, yoga, meditation, and overall health wellbeing for understanding. A highly compassionate, energetic, thoughtful pedagog.

Based on the group of students, i approach my class with a gentle understanding for each student. Going into class I know that some students may not be familiar or feel strange with meditation, so I know to be flexible and patient. A focus on breath and imagery is key in my study
