About the lesson

Even beginners can benefit from improved posture, flexibility, and fitness through ballet lessons. Tomoko teaches yoga flow several times with her students including me previously. She has demonstrated her communication skills effectively by showing empathy, establishing connection and teaching yoga sequences step by step. I think Tomoko would be a great teacher and create a positive learning environment and be able to help reach your yoga goals in the future!
