About Sarah
Hi, my name is Sarah. I have always loved dancing and learning the many ways a body can be molded to create various shapes. I went to an arts high school, and from there I learned dance must be a part of my life. From there I received a bachelor's degree in performance dance. While studying, I was fortunate enough to join a local dance company in West Palm Beach. After graduation, I stayed on for another season with the company. From there I started my freelance career. With a focus on training in various techniques, I have ensured myself that I will have a place in any room I step into.

I go over technique like turnout and classic positions in various forms that can sometimes be blurred. I go over stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention techniques. My lessons are for dancers of all ages and all levels. Sometimes it is nice to revisit some of the basics while also learning more about how to condition the body to work efficiently.
