About Marilin

Hello! My name is Marilin. I am a graduate Teacher of English from Argentina and I am currently in Glasgow, Scotland, working as a Spanish Language Assistant in primary and secondary schools because I have been granted a scholarship by the British Council and the Ministry of Education in Argentina. I've worked in public schools and private institutes. I've also delivered private lessons and worked as a speaking examiner for international exams. I am passionate about languages and music. I've been studying Russian for about 3 years, and I enjoy playing the bass with my friends in my free time.

About the lesson

Lessons are tailored to your needs: we can cover some specific grammar points, practise conversation, read novels, do some writing, discuss videos, and many other things. I have experience working in primary and secondary schools and I have also worked as a speaking examiner for international exams. I enjoy learning about the world and different cultures as we study the language, that is why I try to work with real life materials.

A friend of mine recommended Marilin for English classes, and in my experience, I found that there are still awesome teachers who genuinely want their students to learn in the best way possible. Marilin is a selfless and dedicated education professional, and her kindness and care for her students are magnificent. You can really feel how easy and enjoyable it is to learn a new language with the right person. Thanks to Marilin, I have broken the language barrier in every aspect of my life.
