I would be effective at helping someone excel in their reading skills because I’m patient, attentive, and adaptable to different learning styles. I take time to understand where a reader is struggling and adjust my approach to build confidence as well as skill. I explain concepts clearly, encourage active engagement with texts, and create a supportive environment that makes learning feel achievable and motivating. My focus is not just on improving reading ability, but on helping readers enjoy the process and become more confident, independent learners.
