I have a beautiful team of 20 pastry chefs coming from all over the world. I really would love to share my expertise, knowledge and skills I have learnt and developed during my career of more than 20 years in the pastry sector that includes plated desserts for large numbers of guests, to the Michelin stars plated desserts, celebration cakes, travel cakes, chocolate, artistic chocolate, mini desserts and many other things.
